Portland State Monument sign

This was designed mainly by Elizabeth Andersen.  Ralph Turner produced the fiberglass letters (cast originally in wood forms) from her outlines. They are prismatic in form and cast in gold anodized aluminum, mounted on granit blocks. There are three of them around the periphery of the City centered Univeristy.  This one is at the Park blocks
